1. Digital Products

The Lightbrarian offers digital products, including downloadable documents, written resources, guides, worksheets, and other self-guided materials designed for personal use.

Unless a product description states otherwise, purchases include digital content only. No physical product will be shipped.

2. Purchases, Payment, and Delivery

The Lightbrarian uses Payhip to facilitate the purchase, delivery, and management of digital products.

When you purchase a product, you may be directed to a Payhip-hosted checkout or storefront to complete your transaction. Payment processing, order management, and digital file delivery may be handled through Payhip and its applicable service providers.

After completing your purchase, you will generally receive access to your digital product through the delivery method provided by Payhip, which may include a download page or email containing access instructions.

Please ensure that your email address is accurate and that you can access the files you purchase. Your ability to download or open a product may depend on your device, software, and internet connection.

3. Product Descriptions and Pricing

Product descriptions, prices, file formats, and included materials are provided on the applicable product page or checkout. Please review the details before purchasing.

Prices are displayed at the point of purchase. Payment must be completed before access is provided, unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Because digital products may be delivered and accessed immediately, all sales are final once a digital product has been delivered or made available for access, except where a refund is expressly offered on the product page or required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or cannot access a product because of a technical issue, contact The Lightbrarian so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution considered.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

5. License and Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Unless you receive prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product with others.

• Upload or publish the product on websites, social media, file-sharing platforms, or other public or shared locations.

• Modify, repackage, or create derivative products for commercial use.

• Claim the product or its contents as your own work.

• Use the product to create or sell competing products or services.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its copyright or other intellectual property rights.

6. Updates and Continued Access

Unless expressly stated in the product description, a purchase does not guarantee future updates, additional materials, ongoing support, or permanent access to a download link.

Where permitted by the product's license, you may save a personal backup of your purchased files for your own use.

7. Product Limitations

Digital products are provided for self-guided educational and personal development purposes. Individual experiences and results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

8. Technical Support

If a file is missing, corrupted, or cannot be accessed, contact The Lightbrarian with your order details and a description of the issue. Reasonable efforts will be made to help resolve legitimate delivery or access problems.

Payhip's own terms and policies may also apply to your use of its checkout and digital delivery services.

9. Changes to This Policy

The Lightbrarian may update this policy as its products or business practices change. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
